At XnasBak™, we want every customer to shop our floral supplies with confidence and peace of mind. The policy below explains how returns and refunds are handled for eligible orders.

Return Window (30 Days)

Customers may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date if the product does not meet expectations.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and kept in their original condition. Whenever possible, original packaging should also be included. A valid proof of purchase—such as an order confirmation or receipt—is required for all return requests.

Some items may not qualify for return due to hygiene standards, safety concerns, or product-specific limitations.

Return Procedure

Once a return request is reviewed and approved, our support team will provide the necessary return instructions.

In most cases, return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the return is caused by a damaged product, defective item, or shipping error.

After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the refund decision. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note that original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error made by XnasBak™.
